The New Engine 3 is Here!

       Thanks to our Deputy Chief, Tom Butwell, has received an award of $275,000 for the purchase of a replacement fire engine from the Federal Emergency Management Agency. This will replace a 30 year old truck that has maintenance issues. Deputy Chief Tom Butwell wrote this grant request for which we are very grateful.

       A great big thank you to Mr. Butwell for all his time and effort in securing these grants on our behalf.

Tom also wrote a grant in which we have received a grant for $10,000 for kitchen remodeling for the new firehouse from the State of Connecticut Department of Office Management.
